How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can restore your account within that window by signing back in. See full step-by-step instructions.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers. Health data is used only to personalize your Nita experience. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What is Nita?

Nita is an AI wellness companion — not a medical device. She can help you track your health and reflect on patterns, but she is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Can I export my data?

PDF health reports are available inside the app. For a full data export, email support@nita.care.

How do I cancel or manage my account?

Nita is free to use. To delete your account entirely, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
